Application of the provision of Article 25A of the Schengen Visa Code for Ethiopian citizens

Please note that the following new rules will be applied as of the 1st of June 2024 for Ethiopian citizens requesting a short-term Schengen visa:

1. A Schengen visa application is only complete once all documents required for the purpose of your stay have been submitted;
2. The standard processing time will be 45 days; kindly submit the visa application accordingly;
3. Multiple-entry visas cannot be issued.
4. Diplomat and service passport holders are no longer exempted from the payment of the visa fee.
