As part of its institutional activities, the Italian Embassy in Addis Ababa organizes events to promote Italy in the economic, cultural, and scientific fields.
In this context, the Embassy invites public and/or private entities to express their interest in supporting the organization of these activities through sponsorship (including the celebrations of Republic Day).
Interested parties will have the opportunity to promote their image, company name, or other distinctive elements through arrangements to be agreed upon from time to time in the relevant sponsorship agreement, which will be finalized according to the terms described in this notice.
Interested parties may send an email to ambasciata.addisabeba@esteri.it (copying italcom.addisabeba@esteri.it). The email should have the subject “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SPONSORSHIP” and must include: the documentation listed in the notice, the self-declaration, and the declaration on personal data protection.
