From March 18, 2020, following the new Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, all Italian nationals returning to Italy must observe a quarantine period of 14 days and inform the local health authority of their condition for subsequent supervision.
At the end of the quarantine period it will be possible to get out of the house or residence for the reasons strictly contemplated and for this purpose it will be necessary to fill in the new self-declaration form which contains a new entry with which the person concerned must declare, among other things, that he is not in the conditions provided for by art. 1, paragraph 1, letter c) of the D.P.C.M. 8 March 2020 which contains an absolute ban on mobility from his house or residence for those subject to the quarantine measure or positive results to the virus “COVID-19”.
