This year\u2019s edition will be entitled \u201c Nutritional education, culture of taste\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The events in Ethiopia are entitled: \u201cItalian Food, you taste it, you love it!\u201d and is aimed at promoting the Italian food and wine excellences focusing, among others, on two Italian regions, namely Puglia and Tuscany.<\/p>\n<p>For the upcoming week, the Embassy of Italy has organized a rich programme of events which include the participation of Italian chefs coming from the hotel management school &#8220;Aldo Moro&#8221; of Santa Cesarea Terme, the collaboration with Italian Restaurants in Addis Ababa (Gusto, Linda Restaurant and Mamma Mia) and a MasterChef competition with students of the Catering and Tourism Center of Addis Ababa who will present Italian dishes as pasta and risotti.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ethiopia &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"resource\/doc\/2019\/11\/brochure_of_the_week_of_the_italian_cuisine.pdf\" target=\"_parent\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme of the\u00a04th edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"resource\/img\/2019\/11\/banner_2019.png\" alt=\"banner 2019\" width=\"400\" height=\"918\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The 4th edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World will be held from 18 to 25 November in Ethiopia.
