Today\u2019s event, organized at the Italian Ambassador Residence, consisted of a Masterchef competition on pasta and risotto. The competition was attended by Ethiopian students of the Catering and Tourism Training Center of Addis Ababa which have benefited of training courses of Italian cuisine delivered by the chefs of the Italian Hotel Management School \u201cAldo Moro\u201d of Santa Cesarea Terme.<br \/>At the end of the event, diplomas and certificates of participation have been given to the students.
