This is a major undertaking in which the business communities of our two countries are also actively participating. The launch of the Mattei Plan for Africa\u2014based on mutual understanding and a partnership approach, and which sees Ethiopia among our most dynamic and important partners\u2014is also opening up new opportunities for growth and development.
