4th edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World

The 4th edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World will be held from 18 to 25 November in Ethiopia. This year’s edition will be entitled “ Nutritional education, culture of taste”.

The events in Ethiopia are entitled: “Italian Food, you taste it, you love it!” and is aimed at promoting the Italian food and wine excellences focusing, among others, on two Italian regions, namely Puglia and Tuscany.

For the upcoming week, the Embassy of Italy has organized a rich programme of events which include the participation of Italian chefs coming from the hotel management school "Aldo Moro" of Santa Cesarea Terme, the collaboration with Italian Restaurants in Addis Ababa (Gusto, Linda Restaurant and Mamma Mia) and a MasterChef competition with students of the Catering and Tourism Center of Addis Ababa who will present Italian dishes as pasta and risotti.
