Final event of the IV Edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in Ethiopia

The fourth edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World launched in Ethiopia last Monday under the motto “Italian food: you taste it, you love it!” closes today. Today’s event, organized at the Italian Ambassador Residence, consisted of a Masterchef competition on pasta and risotto. The competition was attended by Ethiopian students of the Catering and Tourism Training Center of Addis Ababa which have benefited of training courses of Italian cuisine delivered by the chefs of the Italian Hotel Management School “Aldo Moro” of Santa Cesarea Terme.
At the end of the event, diplomas and certificates of participation have been given to the students. Four of them will have the opportunity to attend an internship at three selected Italian restaurants in Addis Ababa where they will have the chance to improve their skills.
